Patient:

5 year old girl

Diagnosis:

Habitual dislocation of the knee , cause by congenital shortening of quads.

Treatment:

Judet quadsplasty.

Results:

ROM of knee of 30 degrees, then patella dislocates to allow further flexion.
Judet quadsplasty allows full flexion and relocation of patella.
Patient is doing great.
