58 year old man

Diagnosis:

Large LLD secondary to a previous infection in left hip and femur.
Patient is standing on a 7cm block under left leg.

Treatment:

Patient cannot be lengthened in his femur due to his previous problem.
6.5cm internal lengthening of left tibia with PRECICE nail.

Results:

Equal leg lengths with knees at different heights
