Patient:

34 year old lady

Diagnosis:

Left femur valgus and left leg LLD of 3.5cm
Patient is standing on a 3.5cm block under left leg

Treatment:

Retrograde PRECICE nailing of left femur with acute deformity correction (FAN). One week following surgery, the nail was used to do a gradual internal lengthening to correct the rest of the length.
